“Fantastic House with a Beach House feel. We were two families and the space worked really well - lovely communal rooms where everyone could relax. The upstairs double bedroom has amazing views. A steep but short walk to beautiful Balmoral beach - try a morning dip with the keen locals at the ocean pool - then breakfast at Private Dining Room. Near to Mosman village and buses down to Mosman bay ferry stop. Would recommend without hesitation.”

The water views are gorgeous, we had family Easter Sunday lunch on the verandah looking out over the water. Easy walk to the shops, cafes and restaurants. A steep, but short walk down a set of stairs to Balmoral beach. Julia was friendly and easy to deal with and responded quickly to all correspondence. A wonderful house for a family holiday.”

The views from the balcony over Balmoral were superb. The house was well equipped with every thing we needed, beds were super comfortable with quality linen.
